Careful selection of factory on basis of experience of type of garments, capacity availability, and attitude towards quality.

Quantifying the specifications of each raw material to ensure that no information is missing at the time of preparatory stages.

Controlling all raw materials against the quality specified, such as stitching thread, pocketing, buttons, rivets etc.
 
►
Carefull analysis of machine and knowledge base of the laundry personell to ensure there understanding of authentic washes matches with customers.

Regular production update available to the customer to ensure professional service.
   
►
Find right trim producers and follow up on 1st samples of each trim.
 
►
Upon approval, ensure each roll of bulk fabrics is tested before they are cut in order to minimize shrinkage and skew based problems later on.

Do initial inspections and co ordinate with factory to send you the 1st production sample at the earliest.
 
►
Followup in each stage of washing to ensure that bulk garments are washed as per approved wash.
 
►
Follow production in terms of time frame.
 
►
Do final shipment, provide you with reports and ensure timely shipment.
